See with Clarity

Sometimes our thoughts and feelings can feel like a trap — pulling us in and taking over. But what if we didn’t have to change them? What if we could just see them as they are?

Today, Mingyur Rinpoche introduces a powerful shift: Instead of trying to get rid of difficult thoughts or emotions, we learn to notice them with curiosity. This simple practice can open up a sense of space and ease.

In this lesson, you’ll learn how to gently look at your thoughts and feelings — and notice that what seemed heavy or solid is actually more spacious than it first appears.

Today’s Prompt:

Think about a time when you felt caught in your thoughts – maybe worrying about something or replaying a situation in your mind.

What would happen if you took a step back and looked at those thoughts with curiosity, just as they are — without trying to change them?

Can you notice how that small shift might make your experience a little lighter or more spacious?

🌱 This is just the beginning.
