Nectar of the Path (NOP)
NOP is a scripted meditation practice written by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. While it is a Buddhist practice (based on the fundamental Buddhist concepts of Refuge, Bodhicitta, and relationship to the teacher) it is not necessary to be a Buddhist to practice it. This practice is open to all.

Joy of Living (JOL)  JOL is a meditation path designed by Mingyur Rinpoche and rooted in Buddhist teaching about recognizing our inherent capacity for joy. It is open to everyone, regardless of cultural or religious background. Each meeting will include a brief practice, a presentation on a JOL topic, and group discussion.

It is not necessary to practice NOP if you are primarily interested in attending JOL. If you would like to attend only JOL, feel free to join the meeting during the 5-minute break between the two sessions.

Additional events and possible guest teachers will be announced in our newsletter as they are scheduled.
