Ongoing Programs – Zoom Only
As a community of friends exploring the practice of meditation, we cover different techniques of mindfulness and compassion meditation, and learn how to apply these practices to daily life. We also have a book study twice a month. Each session includes guided meditations, questions for discussion, selected readings and take-home meditation exercises.
