The Tergar Vancouver Practice Group is a diverse group of meditators ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners. Each Monday, we explore different topics that are based on the teachings of Mingyur Rinpoche, using guided meditations, video teachings, short readings from his first book, The Joy of Living, as well as plenty of group discussion and involvement.
We meet on Zoom every Monday for English language group meditation and discussion, 6pm to 7:15 pm (we open Zoom at 5:45 pm)
