Whether you are a beginning meditator who would like to learn more, or if you are a seasoned practitioner seeking to deepen your practice, please join us every Thursday evening as we explore the practices of mindfulness and compassion meditation.
Any week is a great week to start. There are no prerequisites. Our goal is to support and encourage everyone in their meditation practice.
Each session is a mix of guided meditation, unguided meditation, and discussion with a rotating series of topics like meditating with the senses, meditating with thoughts and emotions, cultivating compassion and cultivating loving-kindness.
