Stroud Practice Group

The Stroud Practice Group meets in person each month, at 10:30 a.m. for two hours, usually on the third Sunday of the month.

Inspired by Rinpoche’s approachable and direct teaching, the meetings include guided and unguided practice, readings, short video teachings, and opportunities for discussion. It is a small and friendly group, and we have people new to meditation as well as long term practitioners. Everyone is welcome, so please get in touch if you would like to find out more.
