Ongoing Meditation Group
Our meditation group includes guided meditation and discussion based on Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche’s bestselling book, The Joy of Living. Our group is open to anyone, regardless of belief or experience. If you are a beginning meditator and would like to learn more or if you are a seasoned practitioner and would like to deepen your practice, please join us as we explore the practice of meditation!
