Virtual Practice Group (English Speaking)

Based on the teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, our Virtual/Global Tergar Practice Group is a fun, energetic, and diverse group that is open to any and everyone from around the world. Not based on location but on our hearts and coming home to ourselves. All beings, all time zones are welcome. We explore practices designed to calm the mind, open the heart, and awaken wisdom.

Whether you are a beginning meditator who would like to learn more or a more experienced practitioner looking for a diverse community to connect with, this group will offer a gentle immersion into the world of mindfulness alongside a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice. Or if you are a seasoned practitioner seeking to deepen your practice, this group provides a wonderful opportunity to deepen your spiritual practice.

Any week is a great week to start. Feel free to attend regularly, or to drop in as your schedule allows. There are no prerequisites. Each session is self contained and includes guided meditations and group discussion, focusing on a particular topic.

Our goal is to support and encourage everyone in their meditation practice. Join our Sangha and find support in community for your practice. We are all connected, everything matters. We hope to see you there!
