Practicing in Daily Life
Relating with Awareness, Love, and Compassion
With Tergar Instructors Edwin and Myoshin Kelley
Saint Augustine, Florida, USA
We all long for healthy and meaningful relationships, and yet they are an area where we most commonly encounter difficulties. Relating with friends, family, coworkers, those we see often, can reveal aspects of ourselves we might not be so comfortable with, or we find that others trigger emotional responses that are overwhelming. If we engage our practice with these challenges, we find that it can bring vitality to our relationships and help us to nurture the qualities of love and compassion. We find our practice can help set the ground for healthy relationships.
All are welcome so please invite your friends. This is a great introduction to meditation in everyday life.
