The Tergar Melbourne Practice Group is meeting online due to COVID-19 concerns and welcomes members from all areas of Australia and beyond.
Under the guidance of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, the Tergar Meditation Community in Melbourne explores the Joy of Living practices designed to calm the mind, open the heart, and awaken wisdom. We meet weekly online over Zoom, 6:30 – 7:30pm Melbourne time. We invite you to join us and explore current details about our group here.

Our meetings are free and open to all. If you are new to meditation and would like to learn more, or if you are a seasoned practitioner and would like to deepen your practice, please join us as we learn how to transform the challenges of day-to-day life into sources of joy and inner peace.
