Based on the Joy of Living teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, our regular meditation group explores mindfulness practices designed to calm the mind, open the heart, and awaken wisdom. If you are new to meditation and would like to learn more, or if you are a seasoned practitioner and would like to deepen your practice, please join us as we learn how to transform the challenges of day-to-day life into sources joy and inner peace. Each session includes guided meditations and group discussion.

Weekly Sitting Group
Come join us Sunday mornings for meditation practice and discussion. Every week we will cover different techniques of mindfulness and compassion meditation, and learn how to apply these practices to daily life. Open to everyone, regardless of belief or experience.
