Seeing Things Just As They Are
Weekend Residential Meditation Retreat
With Tergar Instructor Edwin Kelley
Metta Meditation Center (formerly Holy Spirit)
Janesville, Minnesota, USA
Please note: Registration is now closed.
In order to be able to lift the veil of our confusion and see the true nature of our experience, we must first learn to stabilize our mind by developing calm-abiding meditation. Equipped with a calm and stable mind, we can inquire into the nature of our experience. In this weekend retreat led by Tergar instructor Edwin Kelley, we will begin by establishing a basis in calm-abiding practices and then employ ways in which we can examine our experience.
In Mingyur Rinpoche’s tradition, spending time in solo or group retreat is highly valued as an important way to deepen our understanding and experience of practice. Whether you have never done a retreat before or are a seasoned practitioner, this program provides an excellent opportunity to taste the benefits of sustained practice.
