Our Sunday morning meditation program includes a silent practice period, followed by guided practice and discussion, including short video clips on aspects of meditation practice from Mingyur Rinpoche, as well as other Western and Tibetan meditation teachers such as Tsoknyi Rinpoche, Khandro Rinpoche, Pema Chodron, and others.
If you are new to meditation and would like to learn more, or if you are a seasoned practitioner and would like to deepen your practice, please join us as we explore the practice of mindfulness meditation.
This drop-in program is free and open to all. Feel free to attend one or both parts of the morning.
- 9:15 a.m. – 10:15 am: Silent practice period (two unguided 25-minute sits with a stretch break).
- 10:30 a.m. – noon: Practice group with video clips, guided meditations and discussion.
