Joy of Living Practice Group
Based on the Joy of Living teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, our weekly meditation group explores meditation techniques designed to calm the mind, open the heart, and awaken wisdom.
If you are new to meditation and would like to learn more, or if you are a seasoned practitioner and would like to deepen your practice, please join us as we learn how to transform the challenges of day-to-day life into sources of joy and inner peace.
When: Weekly on Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain time.

Each session is a mix of guided meditation, discussion, selected readings from Mingyur Rinpoche’s books, with a series of topics like meditating with awareness, the senses, thoughts and emotions, cultivating compassion, cultivating loving-kindness and awakening wisdom. Includes take home meditation exercises.
Our meetings are freely offered and open to people of all religious and cultural backgrounds. Drop in anytime! There are no prerequisites. Our goal is to support and encourage everyone in their meditation practice.
