Ngondro Immersion Program
Led by Tergar Instructors Tim Olmsted and Cortland Dahl
The Foundation Practices, or Ngondro, are considered one of the most profound and essential practices of Vajrayana Buddhism. These practices cover a broad range of Buddhist teachings, from contemplations on karma and impermanence up to the profound practice of Guru Yoga. Many of Tibet’s greatest meditation masters have taken Ngondro as their lifelong practice.
In this year-long online program, we will explore these practices in an intensive format through daily meditation practice, weekly readings and video teachings, monthly webinars, peer-to-peer discussion groups, and direct guidance from senior Tergar instructors. This program is designed for those who have received the appropriate transmissions for Ngondro practice and would like to deepen their experience and knowledge of these teachings.
