A Strong and Open Heart
Weekend Residential Meditation Retreat
With Senior Tergar Instructor Edwin Kelley
Holy Spirit Retreat Center, Janesville, Minnesota, USA
Much is happening in our world at present that appears chaotic, disturbing, challenging, and at times even threatening. These events give rise to confusion, uncertainty, and anxiety. During this weekend, led by Senior Tergar Instructor Edwin Kelley, we will explore meditation practices that enable us to embrace these difficulties and develop an inner strength that allows us to engage with our world in a more stable, loving and compassionate way.
In Mingyur Rinpoche’s tradition, spending time in solo or group retreat is highly valued as an important way to deepen our understanding and experience of practice. Whether you have never done a retreat before or are a seasoned practitioner, this program provides an excellent opportunity to taste the benefits of sustained practice.
