Remembering Our Hearts:
Living with Ease, Clarity, and Warmth
With Senior Tergar Instructor Tim Olmsted
Eugene, Oregon, USA
The essential message of the Buddha and wisdom teachers throughout the ages is that the very qualities that we yearn for and work so hard to develop are immediately present as the essence or our being. The path of awakening doesn’t demand that we change who we are, but simply recognize who we already are. In doing so, we’re able to reconnect with the natural ease, clarity, and warmth that we’ve been seeking.
In this retreat, Senior Tergar Instructor Tim Olmsted guides us through the full arc of this journey, from the settling of our minds through meditation, to the fruition of the path, as a deep appreciation of our life, the world we live in and the people we meet, even the most difficult ones.
This weekend combines teachings from Mingyur Rinpoche, discussions, and meditation practice, which will profoundly enrich our understanding and experience.
Anyone committed to transforming their heart and mind—old hands, and those new to the path, as well as those who work in helping professions, will find this weekend deeply enriching.
