Open Mind, Spacious Mind
With Tergar Lama Khenpo Kunga
New York, New York, USA
A public talk with Tergar Lama Khenpo Kunga and translation by Holger Yeshe.
Learning to open and relax the mind is one of the most essential ingredients of well-being. Practical meditation techniques that foster equanimity have been practiced for over a thousand years in Tibet. These practices teach us to open our hearts fully to the present moment by embracing everything we encounter with mindful awareness. In this evening teaching, Tergar Lama Khenpo Kunga will share his own personal experience with these teachings, presenting practical tools for finding calm in the midst of complexity.
Khenpo Kunga’s teachings, always filled with laughter and practical advice, will include explanations of these profound teachings and opportunities for questions. This program is suitable for anyone interested in Buddhism, including both beginners and advanced students.
