In this public talk, Tibetan meditation master Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche will show us how the practice of meditation can put us in touch with a source of true happiness, even when we find ourselves in challenging circumstances. He will demonstrate how any experience, even powerful emotions and chronic pain, can be transformed into wisdom and compassion. We will discover that recognizing awareness through meditation can allow us to experience the natural peace and contentment that are part of our true nature.
