Lors de cet atelier méditation, nous apprendrons comment la vigilance peut nous aider à obtenir un esprit paisible et un cœur joyeux. La pratique de la méditation nous permet de transformer toutes les expériences, même les émotions difficiles et les pensées douloureuses en sources de joie. Durant ce week-end de pratique nous explorerons le paysage de notre expérience grâce à la conscience de l’esprit, nous apprendrons comment utiliser notre corps, nos expériences sensorielles, nos pensées, nos émotions et la conscience elle-même comme supports de méditation.
Ce weekend est une découverte des merveilleux enseignements clairs et accessibles de Yongey Mingyur Rinpoché. Il offre des instructions pas à pas qui aideront ceux qui découvrent la méditation et inspireront ceux qui ont déjà une pratique. Ces enseignements conviennent aux méditants débutants ou expérimentés, ainsi qu’aux personnes de toutes confessions, dans la mesure où il a été créé pour permettre d’aborder la méditation de manière laïque. Le programme du week-end contient des enseignements en vidéo de Yongey Mingyur Rinpoché, la présentation des points clés de la pratique méditative, ainsi que des méditations guidées et des moments de discussion guidés par Frédéric Auquier (facilitateur Tergar)

Joy of Living 1 Meditation Workshop

In this weekend meditation workshop with we will learn how cultivating awareness can help create a peaceful mind and joyful heart. The practice of meditation enables us to transform all experiences, even difficult emotions and painful thoughts, into sources of joy. Over the course of this weekend, we will explore the landscape of our experience with mindful awareness, learning how to use the body, sensory experiences, thoughts, emotions, and even awareness itself as supports for meditation.
This is an entry program to Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche’s wonderfully fresh and accessible teachings. It offers step by step instructions that will benefit those new to meditation and inspire those who have an existing practice. It is suitable for people of all faiths, as well as both beginning and experienced meditators. The schedule for this weekend workshop includes DVD teachings by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, presentations on the key points of meditation practice by Tergar Facilitator Frédéric Auquier, as well as guided meditations and discussion.
