Discover the Joy of Living Cohort
Meditation is Easier When You Are Not Alone
You already know the benefits of meditation, like managing anxiety and stress, having more clarity about your emotions and purpose, and improving focus—but you can’t actually establish a consistent meditation practice? This program is for you.
We’re thrilled to introduce the Joy of Living Level 1 Cohort Live Sessions—a six-month guided journey designed to help you start, sustain, and deepen your meditation practice in a structured and supportive way.
🔹 Research shows that practicing with a group or mentor increases habit adherence by up to 40%—boosting accountability, motivation, and long-term success. That’s why this program offers you Live weekly sessions with a mentor and a global community! Beyond that, you will also be able to book a 1:1 session with a meditation mentor, access an exclusive WhatsApp group, and follow the recorded teachings from Mingyur Rinpoche.
Why Join the Cohort?
This unique experience integrates three key elements essential for growth in meditation:
🌿 Community & Support
A sense of belonging makes all the difference when building a new habit. Your cohort will provide motivation, shared experiences, and accountability—helping you stay committed, even on the most challenging days.
🌟 Live Weekly Sessions
Engage in weekly 60-minute live gatherings where you can practice, ask questions, and receive guidance. If you miss a session, don’t worry—you’ll have access to all recordings.
✨ Personalized Guidance
Learn directly from experienced Tergar guides Stephanie Wagner, Franka Cordua-von Specht, Kell Julliard, and Kasumi Kato in a warm and interactive environment.
Your Journey Starts February 15
📢 Join a FREE Info Session! The live sessions start on February 22, but we invite you to a FREE session on February 15 where you’ll discover everything about the course and have the chance to ask your questions with one of our guides, Kasumi Kato.
