Our weekly meditation group is free and open to all. If you are new to meditation and would like to learn more, or if you are a seasoned practitioner and would like to deepen your practice, please join us as we explore the practice of mindfulness meditation.
Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche’s approach to meditation focuses on working with the challenges of day-to-day life to create a peaceful mind and open heart. Our meditation group includes short presentations on the basics of meditation practice, guided meditations, and group discussion. Feel free to drop in anytime!
The center opens every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.; the program runs 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Feel free to come early to get to know others or relax.
If you have questions about your personal practice, it can be very supportive to contact an Instructor or Senior Practice Leader for a practice interview. Contact information is on the bulletin board at the Center. Practice Leaders may also be available for brief questions after programs.
