Join us online every Sunday for a one-hour meditation session based on the teachings of Mingyur Rinpoche. Our meetings are free and open to all. If you are new to meditation and would like to learn more, or if you are a seasoned practitioner and would like to deepen your practice, please join us as we learn how to transform the challenges of day-to-day life into sources of joy and inner peace. Attending a weekly group is a great way to develop your meditation practice and allows you to benefit from the support of a community of like-minded people.
