Level III: The Art of Visualization
A Meditation Retreat with Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche
The Path of Liberation presents a course of meditation designed to strip away the causes of suffering and uncover the radiant awareness that underlies all experience. In the third level of the Path of Liberation, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche presents advanced teachings on the nature of mind, along with penetrating instructions on the art of visualization. Visualization allows one to focus the mind and disrupt the deeply ingrained patterns of perception that create confusion and suffering. In this level, further teachings on guru yoga and the visualization of Vajrayogini are taught as a preparation for advanced Vajrayana practice.

Requirements: To attend this level, you must have attended Mahamudra Level II with Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche and completed its practice requirements (at least 250 hours of formal practice and minimum of one weekend retreat).

The Path of Liberation builds on the foundational teachings of the Joy of Living, presenting a path of meditation designed to strip away the causes of suffering and uncover the radiant awareness that underlies all experience. This course of practice and study, based on the ancient Buddhist teachings of Tibet, addresses the fundamental confusion that lies at the root of all suffering.
