The Path of Liberation III

May 10-11, 2010
Level III: The Art of Visualization
A Meditation Retreat with Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche

The Path of Liberation presents a course of meditation designed to strip away the causes of suffering and uncover the radiant awareness that underlies all experience. In the third level of the Path of Liberation, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche presents advanced teachings on the nature of mind, along with penetrating instructions on the art of visualization. Visualization allows one to focus the mind and disrupt the deeply ingrained patterns of perception that create confusion and suffering. In this level, further teachings on guru yoga and the visualization of Vajrayogini are taught as a preparation for advanced Vajrayana practice.
