With Myoshin Kelley
Awareness meditation allows us to calm the mind, open the heart, and live more fully in the present moment. In this retreat, we will explore how sound can be used to calm the mind and expand awareness. The daily schedule will include video teachings by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, along with periods of formal sitting meditation, discussion, and short presentations on the key points of meditation by Tergar instructor Myoshin Kelley.
This retreat is a good introduction for new students and a time to deepen practice for experienced practitioners. Please join us for this weekend of meditation and community!
