In this series of video presentations, Tibetan meditation master and best-selling author Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche shows us how meditating on love, compassion, joy and equanimity can open our hearts to the world around us and decrease the self-fixation that lies at the root of suffering.
The schedule will include video teachings by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, along with guided meditations, discussion, and short presentations on the key points of meditation practice by Tergar instructors Cortland Dahl and Edwin Kelley. This weekend retreat is open to meditators who have previously attended a Joy of Living I retreat.

Edwin Kelley has been practicing meditation for over thirty years and has taught meditation extensively. He served for seven years as executive director of the Insight Meditation Society (IMS), one of the largest Buddhist organizations in North America. He is currently completing a master's degree in Buddhist Studies from University of Sunderland in the UK.
