


Under the guidance of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, Tergar Hudson holds a weekly meditation group in Hudson, New York. If you are new to meditation and would like to learn more, or if you are a seasoned practitioner and would like to deepen your practice, please join us as we explore the practice of mindfulness. Meditation classes are open to Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike and are free.
Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche's approach to meditation focuses on working with the challenges of day-to-day life to create a peaceful mind and open heart. Our meditation group includes short presentations on the basics of meditation practice and will also discuss materials from Mingyur Rinpoche’s books, Joy of Living and Joyful Wisdom.
