With Tergar Instructor Tim Olmsted
In this series of video presentations, Tibetan meditation master and best-selling author Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche shows us how meditating on love, compassion, joy and equanimity can open our hearts to the world around us and decrease the self-fixation that lies at the root of suffering.
The schedule will include video teachings by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, along with guided meditations, discussion, and short presentations on the key points of meditation practice by Tergar instructor Tim Olmsted.
