Awareness in Everyday Life:
Relationships Supported by Wisdom and Compassion
A Public Talk With
Tergar Instructor Myoshin Kelley
Eugene, Oregon, USA
We all long for healthy and meaningful relationships, and yet they are an area where we most commonly encounter difficulties. Relating with friends, family, coworkers, those we see often, can reveal aspects of ourselves we might not be so comfortable with, or we find that others trigger emotional responses that are overwhelming. If we engage our practice with these challenges, we find that it can bring vitality to our relationships and help us to nurture the qualities of love and compassion. We find our practice can help set the ground for healthy relationships. All are welcome, so please invite your friends. This is a great introduction to meditation in everyday life.
