Introduction to the Joy of Living
In this two-session course, Tergar facilitator Kell Julliard will introduce fundamental principles of meditation practice and simple practices that you can do on your own. He will also provide insight into the source of joy on which the Joy of Living program is based, using videos with Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche.
Awareness, Compassion, and Wisdom
This teaching offers a rare opportunity to explore the practice of meditation with Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. Rinpoche will share insights from his own experience and illuminate key points on the cultivation of awareness, compassion, and wisdom. He will also introduce new elements that he himself practiced during his extended retreat, including breathing practices and physical exercises.
