Opening the Heart: Joy of Living Level II Meditation Workshop
In this meditation workshop with Tim Olmsted, we will learn how meditating on loving-kindness and compassion can open our hearts to the world around us and relax the self-centered tendencies that lead to anxiety, dissatisfaction, and suffering.
Calming the Mind: Joy of Living Meditation Workshop
This workshop will offer an excellent introduction for new students and a time to deepen practice for experienced practitioners. The daily schedule will include meditation sessions interspersed with short discussions and presentations by Senior Tergar Instructor Myoshin Kelley.
