Introduction to Meditation
Come to our four-part course that is offered free of charge and is geared toward University of Wisconsin—Madison undergraduate and graduate students. The course will be taught by Abby Lindemann and Kasumi Kato.
Joy of Living Level I Meditation Workshop
This retreat will offer an excellent introduction for new students and a time to deepen practice for experienced practitioners. The daily schedule will include meditation sessions interspersed with short discussions and presentations by Tergar instructor Tim Olmsted.
Joy of Living Level II Meditation Workshop
In this weekend meditation workshop with Kell Julliard, we will learn how meditating on loving-kindness and compassion can open our hearts to the world around us and relax the self-centered tendencies that lead to anxiety, dissatisfaction, and suffering.
