Tergar Meditation Group

Copenhagen

The Tergar Meditation Group of Copenhagen hosts regular visits by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, as well as periodic retreats and seminars on the practice of meditation and the fundamentals of Buddhist practice. Our meetings, free and open to all, include short presentations on the basics of meditation practice as well as group discussions.

Our meditation group meets in the center of Copenhagen once a week. If you are new to meditation and would like to learn more, or if you are a seasoned practitioner, please join us as we explore the practice of meditation as taught by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche during his annual visits to Denmark.
