The Tergar Meditation Community of the San Francisco Bay Area is part of an international meditation community under the guidance of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. Our weekly meditation groups are free and open to all. If you are new to meditation and would like to learn more, or if you are a seasoned practitioner and would like to deepen your practice, please join us as we explore the practice of mindfulness.
Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche's approach to meditation focuses on working with the challenges of day-to-day life to create a peaceful mind and open heart. Feel free to drop in for any of our scheduled meetings! These groups are open to Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike.
